Ingredients

  • 240g chickpeas

  • 3 Tbsp vegan mayo

  • 3 tsp classic fresh, vegan cream cheese (Happy Cashew)

  • 1 small lemon

  • Dehydrated seaweed

  • Herbs the provence (Epices Exotiques)

  • Salt & black pepper

  • 2 slices bread

Method

  1. Place in a large bowl one can of chickpeas;

  2. Smash them with a fork to get kinda the same texture of tuna;

  3. Add vegan mayo, classic fresh from Happy Cashew, the juice of a small lemon, dehydrated seaweed, herbs the provence from Epices Exotiques and a pinch of salt & pepper.

  4. Stir gently until you get a creamy mixture;

  5. Roast two slices of bread and serve the vegan tuna on top.
